· Due back in 5 daysYOUR RECORDS. YOUR RULES.
A secure document archive where you decide who sees what.
Set who can view, download or print records, by user and group, and which departments’ files each user can see. Track views, edits, borrowing and approvals.
Set the boundaries.
Beyond the storeroom key
In most paper archives,
access depends on who
holds the key.
Anyone with the key can open any box, and nobody knows what they read. ELArchive changes both.

Board resolution
Individual clearance required
A smaller circle, when it matters
Some files should only reach
a handful of people.
You assign confidentiality levels to individual users, so a board resolution or an investigation file stays with the people cleared to read it.
ELArchive keeps them there.Your existing sign-in. Your existing control.
When someone leaves,
their access leaves with them.
Users sign in with their Active Directory accounts. Disable the account and archive access ends with it, with no separate list to remember.
Answers already on record
Every action carries
a name and a time stamp.
Who opened a record, what they changed, what they borrowed and who approved it. When an auditor asks, the answer is one filter away.

ILLUSTRATIVE ADMINISTRATOR WORKSPACE
Control stays with your team
Your administrators
run it day to day.
Your administrators manage users, groups, document types and rights from inside the platform, so routine changes don’t wait on a vendor.
No desktop installs, so there’s no client software for IT to roll out or update.
A few things worth knowing
Your access and audit questions.
Access
How does ELArchive control access to documents?
Administrators set view, download and print permissions by user and group, choose which departments’ files each user can see, and assign confidentiality levels to individual users.
Can access differ between departments?
Yes. Each department can have its own rights for each module.
Does ELArchive support Active Directory?
Yes. Users sign in with their existing organizational accounts.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Once you disable their Active Directory account, they can no longer reach the archive.
Can a user open a file above their confidentiality level?
No. Confidentiality levels limit each user to the files they’re cleared for.
Is anything installed on user machines?
No. ELArchive runs in the browser.
Audit
Does ELArchive keep an audit trail?
Yes. Every view, edit, borrow and approval carries a name and a time.
Who manages users and permissions?
Your own administrators, from within the platform.
Can we see who borrowed a file and when it’s due back?
Yes. Every borrow goes on the file’s record with a name and a due date.
